Registration is quick and easy and can be done by clicking the Login/Register button on the top right corner of our homepage. Fill in the requested information, review our terms and conditions and click submit to complete the process. You can then login to your account with the username and password you provided.
You can carry out your shop with a guest account as well but we would recommend registering to avail of exciting offers and vouchers emailed to your account. Refunds
All items excluding vegetables and other frozen/chilled items can be returned provided they are in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices. Any refund due will be credited within 5-7 working days of us receiving the goods. Collection

If your order exceeds 200 euro of cost or 30 kg of weight then we will contact you by phone or email, once its agreed we will arrange your delivery
Frozen/Chilled Items are delivered only with in Dublin and within reasonable distance , If we believe the distance is too far from our Delivery centre ( Dublin 7) then we will contact you by phone or email
At any cost our delivery staff will not enter into any of the apartment blocks and you will be notified well in advance before our delivery staff reaches so that you can come down and collect your delivery
We request you to be there to receive your delivery, due to emergency if you can not collect due to absence then please notify us so that we will arrange another slot
